The prismaCR by Löwenstein Medical is a high-end servo-ventilation therapy device developed for patients with complex breathing disorders that cannot be effectively treated with standard CPAP or BiLevel therapy. It is specifically designed to manage central sleep apnea (CSA), mixed sleep apnea, and Cheyne–Stokes respiration (CSR).
Using intelligent, breath-by-breath pressure adjustment, prismaCR continuously analyzes the patient’s breathing pattern and automatically adapts pressure support to stabilize ventilation. This ensures reliable control of apnea events while maintaining natural and comfortable breathing throughout the night.
The device features an intuitive user interface with a clear display, advanced therapy algorithms, and comprehensive data recording. Integrated connectivity options support therapy monitoring and follow-up via compatible software platforms.
