Precise BiLevel ST Therapy The Prisma 30ST is the device of choice for patients suffering from COPD, Hypoventilation, or complex sleep apnea. It combines the flexibility of BiLevel therapy with the safety of a ventilator. Its advanced autoS/T mode automatically adjusts the expiratory pressure (autoEPAP) and backup frequency to stabilize breathing while maintaining a preset Target Volume (300ml – 2000ml), ensuring you receive the exact amount of air you need in any position.

Intelligent & Quiet Operation Engineered in Germany, the Prisma 30ST operates at an ultra-quiet 26.5 dB, making it one of the quietest devices in its class. It features autoTriLevel and autoPDIFF technologies, which continuously optimize pressure differences for maximum breathing comfort. The device also includes the SoftSTART function, which gently increases pressure to help you fall asleep easily.

Advanced Monitoring & SCOPES The device simplifies setup with SCOPES—pre-configured settings specifically for COPD and Hypoventilation—allowing for a quick and safe start to therapy. It also uses Forced Oscillation Technique (FOT) to accurately distinguish between central and obstructive sleep apnea, ensuring the therapy algorithm reacts correctly to every breath. All data is easily viewed on the large, high-contrast Touchscreen or exported via SD card.
