For pincodes starting with 600 and 603, delivery and installation are free and typically completed the same day or next day. We deliver Mon–Sat between 10 AM and 8 PM.

For other Tamil Nadu pincodes and out-of-state orders, shipping is ₹500 flat and devices are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. Installation in such cases is virtual or via a partner technician.

For rental returns within Chennai, we collect the device from your address at no extra charge once your rental period ends.
