For unused, sealed sale items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Devices that have been used due to clinical reasons are evaluated case-by-case for replacement under the manufacturer warranty.

Masks, mask cushions and consumables are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless found defective at the time of unboxing.

Rentals can be cancelled with a 48-hour notice. The refundable deposit is returned in full at the end of the rental, subject to equipment condition. Pro-rata refunds are issued for rental cancellations within the first 7 days, minus a small servicing fee.

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
