The Prisma SMART plus is a modern, high-performance auto CPAP (APAP) therapy device tailored for people with obstructive sleep apnea and variable pressure requirements. It intelligently adapts therapy pressure throughout the night to suit changing breathing patterns, ensuring effective airway support without unnecessary discomfort.
With integrated Bluetooth connectivity, users can sync therapy data to the prisma APP for tracking and self-management, while clinicians can review and optimize treatment remotely if needed. The device includes comfort-enhancing features such as softSTART (gradual pressure ramp), softPAP (reduced pressure during exhalation), and autoSTART-STOP for convenience. It reliably detects sleep events such as apneas, hypopneas, snoring, and flow limitations using advanced algorithms and Forced Oscillation Technique (FOT).
Quiet and lightweight, the prisma SMART plus also supports data connectivity through multiple interfaces and works seamlessly with a prismaAQUA humidifier to keep the airway comfortable and prevent dryness — making therapy more tolerable and improving sleep quality.
