Actualy, We were looking for a quality oxygen concentrator and tried many on rental basis. Out of all the paces that we tried, Srivari is the best, they just don’t do sales and fly. Their support team is really good and very responsive. We have an age old patient at home,srivari gives a periodic call to check on the functioning of the concentrator and patient responses. Finally we bought a 10 L Concentrator from Srivari instead of rental one. In fact Doctor suggested Srivari and told that they will provide a Robust machine that solves the problem forever. Really very good. In fact we got a quick service when we faced some issues with one of our existing machine. Thanks to Srivari service team.

Hello Srivari Team, First of all I have to say sorry for the late reply. I have a lungs issues past 8 months. Dr. Suggested me Prisma 30ST Bipap. Srivari Healthcare supported me a lot. Sai Prasaad Sir, advised me lot for my illness, how I have to recover from that problem. Now I was almost recovered. Mainly Bhavani Ma’am and Sathiyanath Sir supported me by explaining how to use the machine and doubts about machine. Machine quality is good and affordable price. Service is very good. I was happy to be one among in the Srivari home. Thanks a lot❤🙏. All is well. 💐🙏🤝

Hello Sai & team Thank you for the wonderful assistance you rendered with your SriVari Healthcare care for last 4 months. My father..aged 83 had severe respiratory issues and the doctor had recommended using BiPAP at home after discharge also. He has now been using this ( thanks to Bhavani also for coming home and demonstrating the use) for last 4 months and now has shown good improvement. The new prisma smart plus is a very effective CPAP machine compared with the previous machines, prisma, dreamstation, I used in the past. It automatically senses once put the mask in the nose after switching on the machine that the user is ready to sleep and starts air flow . It is fantastic. I start sleeping within 4 or 5 minutes and forget the world for about 5 to 6 hours. Hence I am active for the whole day even without a nap in the afternoon. We have approached seivari healthcare for BiPAP machine and O2 machine hire and their response is very quick and impressive. My Dad is a COPD patient , 93 years old and his lungs are quite weak and not able to perform to its full capacity ..with the result of Co2 levels going up and O2 levels going down and hospitalized several times with disorientation and breathing difficulties .. we were recommended to maintain and manage breathing at home by the doctors. MR Sai has been very helpful and his staff M/s Bhavani too in setting up and explaining to us ,as to how to operate the Bipap and the O2 concentrator at home, which we have rented out from them. I am very satisfied with the excellent service and immediate responses in case of queries or problems and this has helped my Father to improve gradually.. I would like to mention too that Mr. SAI is able to arrange even high end equipment if necessary and provide solutions for correct usage. I strongly recommend Mr. Sai for anyone looking for Healthcare equipment and solutions for home use.

Support staff was on time (the golden rule in this line of business), staff was patient in explaining all the settings, courteous in listening to all our needs before suggesting the best action plan… Kudos to the entire team… Note: my request was for a life saving call made late evening on Sunday when usually my vendors respond.

My mother was crically ill, was in ICU for a month with little hope.On my mother’s request I took a risky decision of shifting her to home and had very little idea of how to maintain a similer to ICU set up. I am thankful to God that Sai Prasad of Sri Vaari Healthcare was introduced to me by an other person. He took so much care in assessing the situation and the right equipments needed for my mother and delivered and setup the equipments traveling long distances at odd times.Further, he took so much personal care in and he is a great support as he follows up everyday morning. Iam extremely satisfied with service provided by Mr.Sai Prasad of Srivari Healthcare services. My mother in-law fell down and had neck of femoral fracture. We admitted her in hospital for fracture, but she developed complications like paralytic ileus , potassium depletion and finally developed severe lung infection. She was in ICU for 30 days and intubated 2 times with all supports. Finally Doctor gave us less hope and my mother in law wants to come home. Me and my husband were in cross roads don’t know what to do. By God’s grace we got the contact of Sai Prasad who gave us assurance in bring my mother in law home with all supports. Finally we brought her home with intubation and after reaching home, she was extubated and put on NIV mask with 10 L oxygen concentration machine connected Bipap machine . We were scared that after extubation any thing can happen to her. But today is her 5 day and she is responding very well to treatment. Thanks to Srivari Sai Prasad once again

Highly recommended. I purchased my cpap from them, not only for myself but for my family members as well. Mr Sai prasad has been very helpful explaining the instructions regarding the type of masks, usage etc. Even after 1yr of purchase he still follows on queries, troubleshooting etc.

I would firstly say sorry to Sai for such a late review despite his immediate help rendered by him. I took my Aunt who is a Asthma patient to Sims emergency within 3 days of her discharge from the same hospital since she was loosing her consciousness due to high level of Co2 in her blood.we had a bipap at home but it didn’t help. Her doctor told me that she needs to be on a good bipap immediately at home for her to recover from it. It was 8.30 and the bipap agencies were closed to deliver at home.But Mr. Sai was my lifesaver for that night otherwise I wouldn’t have known what I could have done with my aunt in such a state. By the time we took her from hospital to home it was 11 pm but Sai just came to fix the Bipap machine at 11 pm and patiently waited till my aunty settled down and fixed the machine and left at around 1. I can never find such a humane person in today’s world.It not only helped my aunt it helped me as attender struggling to put her at ease. His act of kindness is highly remarkable. I felt it was Sai baba in the name of Sai who removed my obstacle and relived me from the pain I went through that day. Thank you sooo much am immensely debted to you. We need more such people like you.Thanks once again …
